Earthship Academy is offering 2 half scholarships ($1,250 USD towards tuition) for each 2024 Academy session at Earthship Biotecture headquarters in Taos, NM.

Who should apply?
These half scholarships are intended to empower low-income communities.
We are looking for candidates in the following categories:
Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC) are especially encouraged to apply
Individuals and/or appointed members of organizations who contribute to their communities in rural/low-income/marginalized areas and/or native American reservations
Individuals studying housing issues and/or low-income housing alternatives
Housing activists and environmental activists
Experienced construction workers passionate about building off-grid communities
This scholarship is only for American residents/citizens.

The EARTHSHIP academy changed my perspective on what’s possible for myself and my community. I’m proud to have been able to learn and grow with my cohort. The experience and relationships I’ve developed will be with me forever and I’m excited to move into this new earth, with my new skills, and my resilient community.
Once all application materials are submitted, applicants receive an email confirming submission. Scholarship recipients are contacted 2 months prior to the session for which they have applied.
